Artist of the Month

Celebrating the Creativity of Our Members

Each month, Mesa Art League members celebrate the creativity and accomplishments of fellow artists through our Artist of the Month program.

Open to all current members attending the monthly meeting, Artist of the Month is a friendly People's Choice competition that recognizes recently completed artwork and encourages members to share their creative journey.

How It Works

• Bring one recently completed artwork to the monthly meeting.

• Please arrive a little early so members have time to view all of the entries before voting begins.

• Members cast their votes, and the artwork receiving the most votes is named Artist of the Month.

• The winner receives 50% of that evening's 50/50 raffle proceeds.

• Once selected as Artist of the Month, the winner is not eligible to compete again during the current calendar year, allowing more members the opportunity to be recognized.

Recognition

Artist of the Month winners are featured in the Mesa Art League newsletter, on our website, and through our social media channels, celebrating both the artist and their award-winning artwork.

We encourage all members—from first-time exhibitors to seasoned artists—to participate. It's a wonderful opportunity to share your latest work, connect with fellow artists, and celebrate the creativity within our community.
