CALL FOR DEMOS     

 Members are encouraged to share their own special technique or art history lesson at the Monthly meetings.       

Compensation is $50 for 30 minute presentation.  Plus you will receive a free video which you can use on your own website or  social media.      Contact mesaartonline@gmail.com  attention Demo 

OPEN STUDIO 

Monday mornings || 8 am-noon Wednesday afternoons || 1:00 -4:00 pm
     Contact Alicia Plogman at  602-944-9713.  Bring your art supplies and take advantage of the Arizona Artists Guild facilities. 

     Work on your art in an informal, social atmosphere of ideas and technique.      
     Open Studio will adhere to all CDC guidelines.  Masks and social distancing guidelines will be upheld.

Location: 247 MacDonald St. Mesa
 The Aster Senior Center changeout is  SEPTEMBER  2. Each artist is requested to bring 2 paintings with wire hangers. Dropoff is between 10:00am and 11:00am. . If there are questions, please contact Joni Anderson at watercolorsbyjoni@gmail.com or 602-284-7926.
 

ADALANTE HEALTH CENTER

2025 schedule:

MONDAY Short Pose Life Drawing 10am-1pm AZ MST – **$15+ 

Maximum of 5 attendees…..$25 each  

This group starts with three, 30-second, 1-minute, and 2-minute & two 5-minute gestures. 

It is followed by 20 minute poses to the end. There are 5-minute breaks after each set.TT  

FRIDAY Long Pose Life Drawing 10am-1pm AZ MST – **$15+ 

This group sometimes starts with five 2-minute gestures, & sometimes doesn’t, depending on the pose & what participants want. 

It is composed of one pose for the entire time, broken into 20-minute segments followed by 5-minute breaks. 

Attendee suggestions for poses are always welcome.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: to ensure we always have enough participants, if you say you’re attending, you’ll be charged even if you don’t show.

NEW VENUE FOR ARTWORK FOR MEMBERS - NEXT PHASE

   Mesa Art League in conjuction wth the Mesa Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce a new location for Mesa Art League member artists to show their work.  

   Located on the second floor between the food court and See's Candy store.

    The artwork changes out each month.   For an application to join go to Membership  or to obtain an application to show in the next month go to Next Phase application.
